And if someone's only job is to crank out burgers and fries - how come it takes 20 minutes? Last time we ate at the 24/7 cafe and I do have to say their food was okay and so was their timing. The lady at the bar called another lady (took her 10 min to get there) and she opened up the machine and looked at the voucher printer and money slot. Nothing came out and the screen said, “Please call attendant”.

So I hit the print ticket button to get my money back (a voucher). I proceeded to select a game, but the screen was frozen.

I put $20 into a poker machine at one of the bars. In short: My day at FireKeepers consisted of getting scammed out of $20, wasting two hours, and dealing with rude staff. You would think casinos today are legitimate, trustworthy, and ethical.
